Terms of Use

By using Oware you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The game can be played offline; online features (matchmaking, friends, messages, tournaments) are provided by our server and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages.

2. Account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple (iOS) / Google. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Code of conduct

• No abusive, degrading, discriminatory, threatening or illegal content.
• No impersonation or inappropriate player names.
• No cheating, bots, automation, exploits or fixed matches.
• No spam, scams or harassment of other players.

Violations may lead to chat restrictions, name resets, removal from tournaments or account suspension. You can report and block players and content inside the app.

4. User content

You are responsible for the messages and names you submit. This content is stored to operate and moderate the service.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages from outages, data loss or rating changes.
